Firstly, add support for stereo-capable visuals to the OpenGL stub library and the Render SPU.
To trick non-stereo apps to render in stereo mode, need to force the app to render the scene twice, once for each eye. Accomplished by having Cr send an X Expose event (via XSendEvent()) from inside glXSwapBuffers. New Tilesort SPU option: 'force_quad_buffering'.
